If you're reading this, chances are you're exhausted, frustrated, and maybe a little fed up with a body that doesn't feel like yours anymore. I get it. I've been there – twice, actually. And both times changed my life.

And both times changed my life.
Years ago, I was an exhausted new mom running on fumes, desperate to lose the baby weight but completely overwhelmed by conflicting advice. I knew I couldn't stick to a restrictive diet – it just wasn't my thing. So I did what any slightly obsessive person would do: I camped out at Barnes & Noble for hours, reading every nutrition book I could find. I started eating whole foods, cutting out the junk, and keeping things simple. I lost 20 pounds and felt better than I ever had.
People noticed. Friends and family started asking what I was doing, and pretty soon, I was helping them get results too. That feeling of watching someone's confidence return? Unforgettable. I knew someday I'd do this for a living.
Six years later, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition – completely out of nowhere. I was the "healthy one." How could this be happening? I spiraled into depression and got a firsthand look at the conventional medicine world – the one that offers prescriptions without ever asking why. No doctor could tell me what caused my condition. That wasn't good enough for me.
So I started researching again. I discovered gut health, food sensitivities, and the power of root-cause healing. I found a doctor who listened, and together we created a plan. Over time, I was off all medications, in remission, and managing my condition with nutrition and lifestyle alone. That's when I knew I had to become a nutritionist. I wanted to help people understand they don't have to just "live with it". They can ask why and find real solutions.
I'm passionate about helping women over 50 because I know these women. They've spent decades putting everyone else first, and now they feel invisible. They wonder if it's "too late" to feel like themselves again.
It's not. And they deserve so much better.Â
I'm anti-diet culture. I don't believe in restriction, deprivation, or cookie-cutter plans. I meet you where you are and create a simple, sustainable path forward – one that works with your real life, not against it. As a board-certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (BCHN®) and certified Metabolic Balance® coach, I combine science-backed personalized nutrition with the support and accountability you need to make lasting change.
I've lived in San Diego for 15 years, but my heart will always be in Minnesota. I have two beautiful daughters I'm immensely proud of. Hiking is my church, and I also love Pilates, weight training, and golf. Farmer’s markets are my happy place, and when I need to recharge, I crave solo time – just peace and quiet.
