The first time, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after years of toxic stress and ignoring the warning signs my body had been sending me. I'd been putting everyone else first, running on empty, and convincing myself I was fine. I wasn't. Getting that diagnosis was a wake-up call I couldn't ignore. So I stopped ignoring it. I changed how I ate, how I managed stress, and how I listened to my body. Today, I'm in full remission.

The second time was different. Menopause arrived and brought weight gain with it that seemed to appear out of nowhere, despite the fact that nothing about my lifestyle had changed. I was eating well, staying active, doing everything "right." And nothing was working. Sound familiar?

That's when I found Metabolic Balance®. And everything changed again.

Using my own lab values, my program was built specifically for my body. Not a template. Not a trend. A plan designed around my unique biology. The weight came off. My metabolism reset. And I finally understood why nothing else had worked before: it wasn't built for me.

I'm a Board-Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Metabolic Balance® Coach with seven years of experience helping women get answers their doctors couldn't give them. I work with women who feel like their bodies have changed and stopped responding to the strategies that once worked. Women who are tired of starting over. Women who are done being told their labs are "fine" when they know something is off.

My approach is rooted in one belief: your body isn't the problem. It just hasn't had a plan built specifically for it. My job is to build that plan with you, and walk alongside you until you trust your body again.
