I’m Kris – a board-certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Metabolic Balance® Coach. I work with women who feel like their bodies changed in midlife and no longer respond to the strategies that once worked.

My approach is rooted in partnership, education, and clarity. I don’t believe in willpower-based plans or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in helping women understand their bodies so they can make confident decisions and feel at home in themselves again.
